Keep Kids Cozy and Equipped This January: Here’s How!

January can be tough, especially when kids have outgrown their uniforms, footwear, or jacket. With so many pressures on the family purse, it’s important to know you’re not alone. Here’s where you can find support:

1️⃣ Ask Your School: Many schools have a small stock of uniform you can access free of charge. Many schools have sharing rails offering free essentials to help with the school day such as jackets, uniform, PE kit and footwear.

2️⃣ Visit Our Free Uniform Rails: Available at locations like Mosswood Community Centre (Knightsridge), Stoneyburn Community Centre, and Community Cocoon based in Letham Primary School (Craigshill) offering warm jackets, uniform and footwear, including winter boots.

3️⃣ Apply for Grants from the Council: Check out the School Clothing Grant or Education Maintenance Allowance. More info here:

4️⃣ Ask your School or a Professional for a Referral to us: If you have a Social Worker, Health Visitor, Housing Officer or similar professional, they can refer you to us for essentials like uniforms, winter jackets, PE kit and footwear including wellies and boots.

We’re here to help every child stay warm, dry, and ready to learn. You’re part of a caring community—we’ve got you. 💛
