Well done to all the young people getting through to the YPI Scotland (Youth Philanthropy Initiative) final yesterday at Armadale Academy. It was a privilege to come along and see all the young people talking so passionately about their chosen charities. The atmosphere was tense as it was a tough task to present in a big lecture theatre to a panel of judges and a large audience – a huge achievement for all the young people!
A special thank you to the team, Calum, Chelsi, Lois, and Lilly, representing the School Bank West Lothian, you did us proud! It was a pleasure for Abbie (our Project Worker) to work with this lovely team of young people helping to spread the word about our service. 
It was lovely to hear about the fantastic work of the other charities being represented: Armadale Shed, Ponies Help Children, Cyrenians OPAL – Older People, Active Lives and of course congratulations to the worthy winners The Larder.
