Partnership Working in Action at Howden St Andrews Primary School
Working in partnership with the team at Howden St Andrews school, our Community Engagement Lead, Roz, transformed the school’s Uniform Hub by improving organisation and expanding the range of clothing and sizes available.
The result is a welcoming space where children and families can find the school uniform items they need with dignity and ease.
As the weather turns colder, donating pre-loved jackets, jumpers and school uniform items is a simple yet powerful way to support local families. Not only does it help reduce unnecessary financial pressure, it also gives quality clothing a second life, cuts waste and strengthens our community’s commitment to helping one another.
This is partnership working at its best, creating practical solutions, removing barriers and ensuring every child has access to the clothing they need to feel comfortable, confident and ready to learn.
