We’re delighted to have worked alongside Nicole and the team at Inveralmond Community High School to create a welcoming new Uniform Hub for pupils and families.
Our Community Engagement Lead, Roz, helped transform the space, improving its organisation and presentation to make it easy to access and use. And when it comes to teenagers, first impressions matter! A well-presented hub is key to encouraging young people to engage with it because, let’s be honest, secondary school pupils can be very discerning.
School blazers, ties and other uniform items can be expensive to replace, and when they’re not reused, many end up in landfill. By creating an attractive, accessible space where quality uniform can be passed on, we’re helping families save money while reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable future.
This is partnership working at its best, ensuring good-quality school clothing stays in use, helping young people feel confident and ready to learn and making a positive difference for both families and the environment.
Together, we’re giving school uniform a second life.
