As part of #SelfEvaluationWeek, we’re sharing what impact really looks like for the young people we support. One referrer shared this with us:
“The children no longer felt embarrassed at school or when joining after school-clubs. Their confidence soared. Before, they did not attend anything we were trying to include them in. The parents’ worries were eased about their child and this helped build a positive, trusting relationship with the school.”
This is the difference a school clothing pack can make:
- when a young person has the right uniform, it’s not just about clothing – it’s about feeling confident and able to take part in school life.
- when families feel supported, it strengthens relationships, trust and connection within the school community.
What this shows us is simple: providing essentials removes barriers and opens the door to confidence, participation and belonging.
